Rules * Each time a broker shows a qualifying property between 1/4/2010 and 3/31/2010, accompanied by an authorized Borelli property manager or agent or Club Auto Sport representative, your name will be entered in a drawing for the Club Sportiva Exotic Car Experience. The broker must register and provide Borelli the name and phone number of the prospect. The drawing will be held on April 15th, so hopefully you’ll win and that will make this otherwise depressing day on your financial calendar a little brighter. * The grand prize of an identical Club Sportiva Exotic Car Experience will be awarded to the broker who generates the highest dollar volume in office condo sales and/or has the largest total value of leased transactions at qualifying properties between 1/4/2010 and 3/31/2010. All deals closed or under contract with feasibility waived — including leases with option to buy — plus signed leases at any properties managed by Borelli between those dates will qualify for the Q1 grand prize. The grand prize will be awarded on April 15th. Winning drivers in either the drawing or sales competition must be approved by Club Sportiva.
